Job Creation & Economic Opportunity
Creating a sustainable ecosystem that generates jobs for caddies, coaches, range staff, maintenance teams, and equipment suppliers from economically weaker sections.
Promoting Inclusivity
Golf is one of the few sports accessible to children with disabilities. Our program is designed to teach and engage special children, offering them inclusion and accomplishment.
Caddy to Coach
EWS to ESS — Economically Weaker Section to Employable Stronger Skills
One of our key initiatives, "Caddy to Coach" provides free training to transform caddies into professional golf coaches. The program includes:

A transformative initiative bringing the world's most aspirational sport to underserved children, empowering them with life skills, confidence, and new opportunities. Through our partnership with Magic Bus (a leading NGO breaking the poverty cycle), The Golf Revolution is expanding access across low-income communities.
